Christmas Berry Honey

Christmas Berry blossoms produce a bright yellow nectar and is a slower-crystallizing honey.  Harvested from the North Shore to central O’ahu, this honey has a taste reminiscent of chestnuts with a pleasant herbal aftertaste. This is a great honey for making salad dressings and for sweetening your morning tea.
